  • All visits are conducted virtually using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session and can join from any private, comfortable space.

  • Your initial visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, health history, and goals. You’ll receive clear recommendations and a preliminary plan tailored to your needs.

  • If testing is appropriate, we’ll coordinate labs that can be completed locally. Results are reviewed together during your virtual follow-up, and your plan is updated accordingly.

  • Visit frequency depends on your package and the complexity of your concerns. Some patients check in monthly, while others benefit from more structured follow-ups.

  • Many patients notice early improvements within weeks, while deeper or longstanding concerns may require more time and consistent support.

  • We do not bill insurance. Patients often use HSA or FSA funds, and itemized receipts can be provided for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

  • What is the difference between a telemedicine visit and a health consultation?

    The difference depends on where you are physically located at the time of your visit and applicable state licensing regulations.

    When you are located in a state where the provider is licensed, your visit may qualify as telemedicine medical care. If you are outside those states, services are offered as health consultations, not medical visits.

    • Medical treatment of disease
